Shipping costs €7
For orders over €99, shipping is free (excluding cash on delivery).
These amounts may vary if the destination is in particularly remote or hard-to-reach areas, or outside Italian territory.
How long until I receive my shipment?
Once payment has been received, your order will be shipped within the next 24 hours. We guarantee delivery within 7 working days.
Can you pay on delivery?
Cash on delivery is currently accepted among our payment methods.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes! You can change your shipping address before your order is shipped by contacting our customer support as soon as possible.
Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. By clicking on the link, you will see real-time updates on your shipment.
